Terms of Commercial Freight & Carriage
All multimodal forwarding, customs clearance, surface haulage, and contract warehousing services provided by PNG Global Logistics Pvt. Ltd. are subject to standard FIATA, IATA, and Indian Carriage of Goods by Sea conditions.
1. Incoterms 2020 Compliance
All quotations, bills of lading, and waybills are governed under ICC Incoterms 2020 definitions (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, DAP). Risk hand-over milestones are executed per agreed contractual service level agreements. PNG Global ensures clear delineation of cost and risk transfer points across all multimodal movements.
2. Liability, Marine Cargo Insurance & Priority Customs Protocols
Carriers operate under standard Hague-Visby rules and Montreal Convention limitations. Full value commercial all-risk cargo insurance is provisioned upon formal declaration prior to vessel departure or flight takeoff. Our close integration with customs infrastructure ensures expedited regulatory processing and reduced inspection frequency.
3. Demurrage & Detention SLA Management
PNG actively manages container free-time allocations across maritime lines, providing pre-arrival notifications and green-channel expedited gate-outs to prevent demurrage penalties. Our tracking systems monitor dwell times and trigger automated alerts 48 hours before free-time expiry.
4. FIATA Standard Trading Conditions
All forwarding activities are conducted under FIATA Model Rules for Freight Forwarding Services and applicable national freight forwarding standard trading conditions. Disputes are subject to arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
